Spam Policy

If you have ended up here as a result of SPAM PLEASE REPORT IT! We WILL take prompt action against anyone that has spammed you!

What is Spam?

Spam is any email you send to someone who hasn’t given you their direct permission to contact them on the topic of the email.

Spamming is PROHIBITED!

Sending spam (unsolicited bulk email) will result in immediate cancellation of account. Your account will be wiped clean from our system, and you will be forever banned.

When you send an email to someone you don't know, that's an "unsolicited" email but when you send an unsolicited email to an entire list of people you don't know, that's spam.

Spamming can also result in your ISP to cancel your account

If you are new to the email marketing industry: Please do not think you can "sneak one in" without being noticed. Sending even one single spam typically results in dozens (or hundreds!) of spam complaints. Complaints are directed to your ISP, to abuse.net, spamcop.org, and to us. Many newbies end their online careers early on, due to sending spam. Newbies, please trust us when we say that sending spam is not worth it. There are much more effective (and safer!) methods of marketing.

If you have been spammed by one of our members, please report it to here and immediate action will be taken. Please include the spam email, and also the member's username.

Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend your account immediately and start investigating your activity if your campaigns have high percentage of spam complaints (more than 0.2%), bounces (more than 5%), unsubscribes (more than 1%) or very small open rate (less than 3%). If it turns out that you were sending emails without permission - we will terminate your account. We can ask you to prove that you have permission from your recipients and we can close your account if you do not have such proof. Otherwise, we will activate your account and you will be able to use the service again.
